You didn't develop ADHD in your forties


ADHD doesn't show up in your forties. Your coping strategies stop working in your forties.
That's the reframe most women miss when they start wondering whether something is going wrong with their brain. The ADHD was always there. What changed is that the demands stacked higher and the hormones pulled the rug.
